Thank you for your interest in The Court Yard! I have three units becoming available on June 6th:
Smaller studio: 509 sq. ft. – $1,525.00/month
Apt. #503 – West side of the building with park and river views
Larger studio: 572 sq. ft. – $1,550.00/month
Apt. #504 – East side of the building with city and mountain views
1-bedroom: 797 sq. ft. – $1,785.00/month
Apt. #405 – West side of the building with park and river views

These units are in high demand and were just released; I’ll be posting them online soon. We house many students from Willamette University’s School of Law, and this timing lines up perfectly with the start of the fall semester.

All units include water, sewer, and garbage service. You would only be responsible for electricity and internet. Parking is available: covered spots are $90.00/month and uncovered are $120.00/month. The entire building is fully secured and accessed via key fob.
I’m currently offering one month free rent plus a $99.00 move-in special (regularly $500.00). You can secure a unit now and your rent wouldn't begin until July 1, 2025—an excellent deal!

We do lease units sight unseen, and they go quickly. Applications will open on May 15, 2025. Tours are available by appointment; while I won’t have a unit ready to show, you are welcome to tour the building.
